When operating a Tablet PC slate mode there is no mouse input so that Tablet PC pen is used for clicking. All of this assumes the Tablet uses an active digitizer which has a tip, a shift button, and an eraser.

Right Clicking: simply tap the pen to the screen
Double Clicking: double tap the pen on the screen

Lasso: hold the shift button on the pen and circle the content you want by pressing the pen to the screen.
Erase: flip the pen around and use the eraser end of the pen to remove ink in applications that support an eraser

Right click (option 1): hold the shift button on the screen and tap the screen
Right click (option 2): tap and hold the pen to the screen (on Windows Vista and newer a circle will be drawn around the pen)
